Hello i am INC in Canada. How do i filed taxes in the US? I spoke with 10 accountant with 10 different answers. Does someone know or can send me to a website? Thanks

INC? You mean incorporated? Need a bit more info to give you an idea. If you have a corporation in Canada then you only file taxes for it in Canada and declare any foreign income.

If you're talking about personal taxes, read this: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/p151/README.html

Also the instructions for the T1 have a section on foreign income which has useful information.
