TN Visa at Toronto Island Airport (Porter Airlines?)

I will be applying for a TN later this week. Does anyone have any experience with getting one through customs at Toronto Island Airport? Is that even possible?

You won't be applying for the TN Status at the Island Airport, there are no American CBP agents there. Assuming you're flying to Newark or Chicago, you'll apply for your TN status there.
