Ok, my situation:
I am Canadian, had TN visa last year (smooth process), changed employer, now to apply for new TN
Problem
(maybe not!): This company does not have contract, it is At-will employement and the position is indefinitely with start date ofxx-xx until either parties with or without cause decide to call it off!Company is in health care area with ties to federal/state Gov.
Is this a problem? Should I have "term" (-end date) for the job with "possible" renewal option in the employement letter?
