TN visa - Bachelor's of Science question...

Postby Aniki » Mon Mar 31, 2008 9:19 pm

Hey,

I am a Canadian who wishes to work at a University in the USA.
I have just finished my Bachelor's of Science at a Canadian University, and I would like to go work in the states.

My dilemma is that I do not yet have my Bachelor's Degree mailed to me yet. I have completed the coursework but graduation ceremony and degree issue is in June.

I have the following that is required:
1) Canadian citizenship
2) letter of petition from an American University to work there as a Biology Lab Technician
3) I have property in Canada as well as family, so I fully intend on returning.

Is it possible to receive a NT Visa without the real copy of the B.Sc but documents that state that I WILL receive it within the month. I can get my school to write me letters that say I will receive the degree soon, and I can show transcripts. Will that be enough?

Thank you in advance.
