TN Visa-do I have to prove that nobody in US can do the job?

With respect to the TN visa, I am wondering if it has to be stated in the Offer Letter that no other in the US can do the job? I know with other visa's that it is a requirement to prove that the Canadian candidate is unique to anybody in the US and therefore are approved on that basis but I'm not sure if that's a requirement of the TN.

I am for example am going to be applying for the TN - Management Consultant and I have a legitimate Management Consulting offer for an architect company to do consulting in the specialized field of marketing, but do I also have to state that I hold qualities that nobody in the US does to get approved?

Any help that anyone can provide is greatly appreciated - thank you in advance!

No, it's not necessary because it's a provision of NAFTA. There is no labour certification.
