TN visa documents- help

Hello experts,
Stupid question I have- don't remember what I did before and can'r find the answer googling :roll: :shock:
Canadian going for TN, do I need to bring DS-156 form or any other application form?

No. You are not getting a consulr visa, you are applying for TN at the border.

You need TN letter, and supporting docs: degree/diploma/experience letters as required for your category.

DS-156 or any other forms are not required. Since your application is for TN, CBP will issue you an I-94 and I-9 if eligible and approved.
