TN Visa - Network Systems and Data Communications Analysts

Good evening,

My question is whether the "Network Systems and Data Communications Analysts" job classification can be used to petition for a TN visa under the "Computer Systems Analyst" classification (on the approved professions listed in NAFTA Appendix 1603.D?) ?

I have other experience and could make case under the Computer Systems Analyst
classification, but the "Network Systems Analyst" seems much more inline with my day to day duties.

I have 2 bachelors degrees (Chemistry and Computer science) from U of Manitoba and 13 years of related employment experience which I believe should be adequate.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

It appears that the CSA profession might be a fit. It will depend on your previous experience and the duties of the job offered. The requirement for a CSA is three years of work experience. Your degree in computer science meets the education requirement.
