TN VISA to work for newly formed company

Does the age of the company matter when applying to a TN?
Here is my situation.
I'm in the US on my second job, both of them with a TN visa. I've received a good offer to change jobs one more time. The only difference is that the company that offered me the job was created couple of months ago. Is any restriction on age of the company when granting a TN? How big of a risk is applying for a TN in this case?
