TN Visa Toronto

Hello Everyone,

I am a Canadian, got a job in US and traveling to Canada to get a TN visa. I had a couple of questions. I am going back to US through the pearson airport. Do i get my TN visa done here to when i travel to a US destination? if so,when and whom do i ask? secondly.. are there any office hrs for the TN officers?? my flight leaves to US at 6.30 AM on a tuesday. What is suggested for the arriving time to the airport to get the TN done. do they process it over weekends or is it just weekdays. and last question ... if they ask questions in regards to future plans..(I want to go for higher education is what i want to say)...does it matter if you tell US or canada...would they think of it as not abiding by the TN 'rules' if you say US???

You get TN as you leave canada. The US officers are there whenever there is a US-bound flight.

Leave your self FOUR hours before departure to get to the airport. Everything takes a long time at YYZ.

Pearson PFI (Pre-Flight Inspection) opens at @ 5:00 AM. There would be CBP Inspectors available including a Free Trade Officer at that time and onwards to process an immigration status application or TN. You must be making an attempt to enter the U.S. on a flight, therefore there is no turning around to come back to Canada.

Yeah it opens at 4:30am I thought. It might be tight though, I just did this last Monday and it took about 2.5 hours between when I handed in my paperwork and finishing. Make sure your paperwork is solid - they denied me with what I thought was flawless paperwork.
