[b]I have currently been offered a job in the US. The position is as sous chef which is a management position. However this job titled is not listed on the "LIST".is a TN visa a possibility?How do I go about it? I was told a lawyer is a waste of money! Can anyone help?

You can't do a TN, H-1B would be possible for next October. If you have extraordinary ability in your field look into an O-1.
