Variants of one of these questions have been asked on the board, but not answered with full agreement.
I will be entering the US short term on TN as a University teacher. The requirements on the Nafta documents say undergrad degree required, however my letter from my employing university talks about my phd since thats what they require. Does this mean that will have to back up both degrees? The reason I'm wondering is that my diplomas are all professionally framed and I'd rather not have to rip them out if it's not needed. I don't want to take any chances but if there's other forms of proof that are sufficient, id much rather use them.
Thanks a lot,
Rod
