TN Vs Hi

Hi guys !

It been long time have not heard anything from you guys.Since last few week one of the question keep popping up in my mind.

1) Currently i am on TN visa and i would to stay in USA for rest of my life should i stay on TN or keep renewing it or should get H1 this year and apply for green card since for Green card application i would in the bracket of Pakistan and Pakistan doesn't have waiting and all my friends get his green card process done in 18 months through perm process

Please advice me.

If your company is willing to sponsor you, apply for the H1 and start moving towards your green card through this process.

You don't need an H-1B. TN to green card is viable.

I've corrected people on this ad nauseam.
