1. You require your original degree, academic transcripts, petitioning letter, valid passport, and
TN fee. I recommend the transcripts as well since there are always inconsistencies upon inspection depending on the officer involved.
Since your degree is foreign, you require an evaluation done to establish equivalency to a U.S. degree. Only Canadian and American degrees are accepted at par for a TN application.
2. You should not worry about the CSA category. Your degree is in Electrical Engineering and therefore you should enter as an Engineer.
3. CBP Inspectors often consult a Field Inspection Manual, which lists the various NAFTA professions, and the applicable DOT (Dictionary of Occupational Titles), which apply to those professions.
Management Consultants are just that, they are consultants and advisers to Management. They are not Managers and that appearing in a petition anywhere will result in a denial.
If you plan to enter with any title of Manager or IT Director, you require the guidance of a good attorney who can point you in the right direction and establish the proper breakdown of duties accepted.
I presume you are either Canadian or Mexican and eligible for TN.
