Travel Insurance for non-resident Canadian

I've been living in Korea for the past year, and have been declared a non-resident of Canada. Now that I'm planning to travel in SE Asia for three months, I'm trying to find a travel insurance provider. I can't get insurance from Canada. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
