Travelling around Europe

Hi,
Looking for opinions from Canadians who've travelled to the following countries for a visit:

Austria
Belgium
France
Italy
Germany
Netherlands
Spain

Two gap yearers going, 18 yrs old, male, Canadian passports.

I know there are no tourist visas required, so any info from your travels as to what is was like, was it worth it, etc?
