trouble cross the boder to enter to USA

My sister having trouble cross the border to enter to USA. Last time she crossed the border at Lewiston Bridge and the USA custom refused her to enter because she has no prove of job. So she got a job for about 3 months now and recently she try to fly to US again to visit her sister, they refused her again at the airport. But this time she showed her job letter. They said she needs to prove more then just a job letter. She have to show them rental costs, income tax return, bills with her addr and name on it for at least 6 months, and she is canadian. My question is what can she do now to enter to USA to visit her sister without the USA custom make hard time on her. Because in the future when she want to come there, they wil look in their computer system and they will not let her to enter. And she just marry in March, her husband in USA too. If she can't come over, they cannot arrange their wedding which will do in USA.

Well for one, she needs to bring all the documents they ask of her. One has to show proof that she isn't going to be staying (living) in the USA. And even that does NOT gaurentee her entry. It al comes down to the Port of entry (POE) officer. 1 thing she does NOT want to do is LIE!!!! They can then plain outright BAN her,which is not a good thing.

Little confused, is she married or not???? if NOT married, she can file for a k1 visa. IF she is married she can go the cr-1 route. check out visajourney.com for information. If you look near the middle top, you see EXAMPLE FORMS, pictures of already filled out forms!! there is oodles and oodles of info! And its a very busy forum, so when you ask questions, you usually get a lot of responses! Your question here probably gets asked almost daily!! And when it comes to visiting the USA,one needs to show proof that 1 is returning to Canada, and even that does not guarantee u entry, it all comes down to the POE officer. many of us that had a relationship visa in the works, stil visited the USA with no problems,but some do get denied, Just NEVER LIE!!!
