Well for one, she needs to bring all the documents they ask of her. One has to show proof that she isn't going to be staying (living) in the USA. And even that does NOT gaurentee her entry. It al comes down to the Port of entry (POE) officer. 1 thing she does NOT want to do is LIE!!!! They can then plain outright BAN her, which is not a good thing.
Little confused, is she married or not???? if NOT married, she can file for a
k1 visa. IF she is married she can go the cr-1 route. check out visajourney.com for information. Great free relationship site. Not such a great site if its work visa related, but relationship wise its great. has a k1 and cr-1 forum

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum ... 1fd8e282e5At the top of each are GUIDES!! Step by step instructions on howto fill out the paperwork! READ THEM!! lol No 1 cares more about the process, then the person doing it
If you look near the middle top, you see EXAMPLE FORMS, pictures of already filled out forms!! there is oodles and oodles of info! And its a very busy forum, so when you ask questions, you usually get a lot of responses! Your question here probably gets asked almost daily!! And when it comes to visiting the USA,one needs to show proof that 1 is returning to Canada, and even that does not guarantee u entry, it all comes down to the POE officer. many of us that had a relationship visa in the works, stil visited the USA with no problems, but some do get denied, Just NEVER LIE!!!
