Hi there,
I would like peoples opinion of the service provided by the staff at the airport in Minneapolis. Specifically, has anyone had a particularly hard time with bags getting delayed / lost here en route to another location? (This side of things is handled by airport employees, not just the airline, right?) It seems everyone I have talked to recently who has flown through Minneapolis on their way to somewhere else has had their bags delayed there. Has anyone noticed a big discrepancy between here and other North American connection airports? I am debating if it reason enough to avoid that route (even if it means a little extra for the ticket?)
