Just wondering is anyone can direct me to some information about the tenants and landlords rights when in a rental agreement. My landlord is a real prick and I am getting tired of dealing with his crap. From what my roommates say the rental rights of a tenant in the UK is very different than from Canada. This guy only has to give us 24 hours notice and can enter out house whenever he wants after that. Plus from what they tell me he comes in a looks in our fridges and basically tells us what we can and cannot have in our house etc, like furniture etc. This sounds really backwards to me, there must be some laws that this guy has to follow. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
