I was looking on the visajourney website and I found a list of documents and forms I need to send in when we file for a K1 Visa. Some of the forms listed were:
DS-156
DS-156K
DS-157
DS-158
DS-230
and
FC-029

I couldn't find these forms on the USCIS website and I was wondering if anyone new what these forms are or where I could find them.

Thank you for any help you may be able to offer.

They're not on the USCIS website. The consulate will send you those after the I-129F petition has been approved. They're Departement of State forms, not Immigration.

Thank you, that is a huge help. When I was reading the instructions on the petition I didn't come across any of those forms so I was very confused. Will this be all I need to send in with the petition:
I-129F
G-325A
A copy of the U.S citizens birth certificate
Statements of intent from the both of us
Passport style photos of the both of us
Proof that we're met in the last 2 years
and
The fee.

Are pictures of us together and airline itineraries enough proof of us meeting within the last 2 years?

If you really want them you can get them from www.amcits.com

Two step process - you get the petition done, once it's approved and you qualify for the visa, you have to apply for the visa which is when all the State Dept. stuff comes in and you have to be interviewed at the consulate.

You both need to complete a set of the G-325A. And as far as I know, you don't send proof of relationship with the petition package, you take that with you to the interview at the consulate only. But your best bet is to check with the folks at Visa Journey rather than here, that's what they're there for. All the info is already over there, why recreate the wheel here?
