Hi all,

Im pretty sure some people have been through this situation but Im not sure if the application process has changed throughout the years at Home Office regarding Unmarried Partner visa.

I was on a UK work holidaymaker visa in 2005-2006. I met my b/f while i was there. Im Cdn, he's British. Since moving back to Canada in Sept 2006, I have been travelling back to UK almost 12 times. I even have my UK bank acct still active and its addressed to his home. We're at a point where i would need to move back to UK. Its been more than 2 years but marriage is not an option yet.
I have been told to keep EVERYTHING regarding our relationship from emails, letters, my travel tickets/boarding passes, pictures, telephone bills, etc.

How strict is Home Office regarding this type of relationship scenario. Will I even be considered to be eligible to move back to UK?
Thanks so much for any advice. :)
