Hello to all,

I've made plans to study in China. I will be out of the country for more than 5 months. Does anyone know whether I have to file a "non-residency" form to the goverment?

Thank you,

I am not an accountant nor a international tax specialist but I can't see why you would become a non-resident if you are only going away for 5 months?

I think you should try and contact David Ingram - an international tax specialist.

Try his site if you google him you can find it.
