Hi all,
I am a PR of Canada but my husband works at USA on TN visa.
Recently I got TD visa from the US embassy.
Now i'm planning to go to the USA and my husband will be with me during my travelling.
So now my question is what documents should i need to show the border officer, only Passport showing my TD visa???
Should i need any documents regarding my husband's TN visa.
I have to show the TN package of my husband at the embassy and some pages of the package they keep with themselves and issue me the TD visa. So i haven't the whole package with me right now.
I'm leaving for USA tomorrow with my husband so it's vry important for me to know that whether only with the TD visa in my passport I can enter USA.
Thanks in advance.

Legally you only need the visa, but it wouldn't hurt to have a photocopy of your husband's I-94 and your marriage certificate just in case. If you were a Canadian citizen, TD can be issued at the border with those two things although as you have to show that to get a TD visa you shouldn't really need them at the POE.
