If she is someone you are serious about, then you should consider marriage. She is asking you to make a permanent commitment to her country. Such a request IMHO is only reasonable in the context of a permanent relationship--eg marriage.
If she is simply the latest in a long string, and she is not expected to be the last, then tourist status should work.
Jumping through the entrepreneurship visa/GC hoops is, IMHO, a nonstarter if the goal of coming to the USA is to pursue a heterosexual relationship--given that there is already a GC path for heterosexual couples.
You can visit for up to six months while deciding whether to get married--but as LAWS will tell you that privilege cannot be abused by repeated visits which amount to de facto moving to the USA.
Moving to another country is a serious life change. Canadians don't always understand this in the context of the USA because they think the two countries are very similar culturally or something. If a relationship is the reason for this serious decision, the relationship should be a serious one.
