I'm a canadian resident, on a project in the US every week.

->What are my best options for health insurance?

Blue cross blue shield requires you to be a resident of the state for insurance.

There is travel health insurance from the canadian banks which seems like a good deal. Unlimited medical for $60/yr as long as each trip is less than 15 days.

Just want to make sure I'm not missing any catches with the above

Travel insurance is probably all could get. Your provincial health care will also cover some costs if you have to see a doctor in the US, but only a small portion. And I believe you'd have to pay it up front, and they'd reimburse you after you file a claim. Not sure how that works. Check the website for your provincial health plan.
