Just curious if anyone one here has had their H1B or H1B extension denied for reasons outlined in the Jan 8th USCIS memo that challenges applications by staffing firms for lack of a true "employer-employee relationship" -for example a staffing firm hiring you and sending you to work at one of their client's worksites full-time - even though the staffing firm may pay your salary, you are managed by and report to their client, hence no true employer-employee relationship. Some companies challenged the memo in the courts, saying it would hurt or put them out of business, but it was recently dismissed by the judge, calling it just a "guideline" and saying that these kind of approvals are still going through and that it is therefore not hurting anyone.
