Vacation in Spain

I am looking at heading to Spain on my teaching break that starts the weekend of May 23rd. I am looking for a fun place to go, lots of nightlife and beaches and people. I like sites too, but my main focus is relaxing and not being a tourist the whole time. I know Ibiza is crazy and I have heard that Lanzerroti is great. Are there any other places that would be similar?

Anyone got a website to checkout for last minute vacations?
