Hey there!

Was just starting up my UK Ancestry
visa app, and am prompted to put my
relationship status. I'm moving in
with my boyfriend in the UK - so in
Canada right now I'd be considered
"single," but there's also the option
of clicking "unmarried partner."
Which one do I choose?! Any of you
who've applied, which did you click?
I don't want to screw anything up!

Thanks!

For your situation I'd put single. If you put unmarried partner, then you would have to prove that you have been living with your boyfriend for the past two years as a common law type relationship.

Since it looks like you are applying through the Ancestry link, I'd put single to avoid any confusion.

Sounds easy enough - thank you!
