Visa application for Canadian in NZ

Can anyone give me a sense as to how long it takes to complete the visa application process? I am graduating this summer and intent to relocate shortly thereafter.

I applied for the 1 year working holiday visa on line on the government Australia site. It took maybe 10 minutes to fill in my info and I received my approval within 12 hours. So needless to say it was a piece of cake! After you are approved, you have 1 year from approval date to enter the country and 1 year from entry date to work. Hope that helps

I just applied 2 weeks ago for a working holiday visa for NZ and it took 12 hours as well. Very Simple and easy, 1 year from issuing date to enter the country then 1 year in NZ starting the you arrive. hope this helps

ARe you applying for a working holiday visa or a work visa. A work visa is supposed to take about a month, although it often takes less time than that. there are one year and two year work visas, and if you go for the 2 year one you have to get your medicals so that takes a bit longer but you then get medical coverage while in NZ
