Yeah I did see that option and that is the one I selected because it was the only one that mentioned grandparents but I don't think it strictly applies as it talks about someone who was a citizen of the UK AND has a grandparent born in the UK. Either way I just mentioned in the additional notes what my situation is.

Thanks for all the help and info.

I noted the same thing, and when I requested help from the visa authorities both in britain and in canada I was sent conflicting messages. I have however bitten the bullet as they say and applied.
