Visa options for graduating toxicologist

Hi everyone,
I'm a Canadian currently living in the U.S. on an F-1 Visa and I was wondering what my options are with regards to staying in the U.S. to work. I have a bachelors degree in biology from Waterloo in Ontario and I am currently finishing up my masters in public health degree in environmental toxicology and public health genetics from Michigan. I am also interning for a local non-profit on CPT, and am eligable for OPT.
My dilemma comes in the fact that I have been offered a job at my current company under the title 'Associate Toxicologist' and am interviewing for another potential position tomorrow for a consulting firm under the title 'Associate Health Scientist' and i'm not sure which visa types I will be eligable for under either job title. I have looked at TN, H1-B and EB-2 as options beyond the OPT but i'm not sure if the job titles will present a problem or it is more job function that is being looked at.
If anyone could offer any insight I would appreciate it as the International Center has been a bit less than helpful with regards to my questions about employment.

I should also note that 'toxicologist' is not on the list for TN, although biologist, chemist, biochemist and pharmacologist are.

You would certainly be eligible for H1. TN would be a possibility under the biology category. The internal job title is not important when going for TN; the described job duties need to be that of a biologist.

EB-2 is a green card category. You aren't at that stage yet.
