B-1. Which is the business visitor's category. B-1 status is broader for Canadians than other nationalities because of NAFTA, it covers this situation. Just tell them at the POE that you're going to a business meeting. Have evidence, as they are more picky when you say you're going in on business. Have your business card on you.
How often you go in is not terribly important as long as you stay within the B-1 limits and you don't stay for more than six months, or 183 days, a "day" is any part of a day, so if you go to a meeting and are back in a couple of hours, you've used up a day.
Apply for a Canpass and a passport. It won't actually help you much, but it makes it look more kosher to immigration.
