More Questions: Again, any help would be appreciated:


1. What type of work visa/work permit can a Canadian obtain in the US if he/she does not have a University Degree ( other than the H2-B since this is only good once)?

My Field of Work: Marketing, Sales, Advertising with 2-3 yrs direct experience and 2 years of University but no degree completed.


2. RE: Extaordinary Ability 0-1 Visa
Does this visa requie a degree? What do you need to prove that you have extraordinary ability?
