Hi There,

I was just wondering if the UK allows Common-Law Partners to travel together on the same Visa like they do married or same-sex couples?

My "wife" and I have been living "in sin" together for the last 5 years. I was told that all I would need is proof of that our relationship is "akin to marriage." But someone else told me the process in not possible!

We have no real plans to marry for personal reasons, but I am in the process of applying for an Acestry Visa and I am not sure if it is possible to claim a common-law partner.

Thanks for your help in advanced.
