visit canada for marriage

hi,

My partner and why would like to go for a week off from work and go to Canada and plan to get married. I know that a lot of cities are offering same sex marriage and I am not sure how to proceed. I know visiting will cost a lot and we are hoping that a week visit will be enough for us to serve our purpose to tie the knot. We are currently staying and Singapore and we are both Asian.

Appreciate any detailed information that will help us. We are planning of going this February 11th and stay for 5 days.
