visiting Ukraine

Post Wed Mar 02, 2011 12:00 pm

Hello!

This is my first post, and it seems like everyone here is quite familiar with Ukraine, which is perfect for my query!
I'm in the US and married an Ukrainian, and this summer, we're going there to visit his family. I have a few questions:
1) visa requirements: is it still true that I do not need a visa to visit UKR if I'm going for <90d? I checked the websites, but I'm super-neurotic and just wanted to make sure it hasn't changed since last month when the Canadian Foreign Affairs bureau updated their website.
2) how easy is it to enter and exit Ukraine? Do I just show my passport? Will I need other documents?
3) And might any one have any recommendations for things to do, or places to see?

Thank you!

Its better to consult that to the embassy or to the immigration office near you about how to enter Ukraine. They will provide to you the right information you need. Ukraine is a nice place and I'm also planning to enter Ukraine.

Yes, you are right completely!
Ukraine is one of the best countries in the World. Especially I like City of Brides - Nikolaev. near Odessa (South Ukraine)

If you want to stay in Nikolaev, you can book apartments via this website Apartments in Nikolaev. Using our transfer form Odessa to Nikolaev is an optimal combination of comfort, low price and safety guarantees.
