[VFCD] Volunteering in Vietnam

Post Tue May 19, 2009 10:18 pm

To whom it may concern,

I’m Naftl, a Coordinator of VFCD (Volunteers for Community Development and Environmental Education Organization) - a non-government, non-profit volunteer organization operating in Hanoi, VIETNAM. We have projects in three areas: conservation, community development and education.

If you concern, you can participate in following programs in year 2009:
- Summer Workcamp 2009, which lasts from two to four weeks in this July, is organized once a year with useful activities in conservation.
- Short-term work camps in Northern provinces of Vietnam like Sapa or Lang Son in which you can contribute to the development of communities there and surrounding environment.

You can find further information about the organization as well as projects on our official website vfcd.org or directly contact me via email

Best wishes,
Naftl

Hello Friends
I notice that VFCD Vietnam is posting on your website and wish to inform you that this organization is under investigation by UNESCO Hanoi and the Vietnamese police for cheating volunteers. I myself was cheated out of more than 400 US dollars. I am hoping that potential volunteers could be warned site in order to save them from being scammed. I would be happy to provide you with more information Thank you Lorraine Joan Elletson elletson@hotmail.com
