Walking across border

Post Mon Jan 16, 2012 8:17 am

Looking for a little advice. I live in Texas and am not willing to risk safety by going to Mexican border for new TN. I am planning on flying to the American side of a Canadian border and would like to walk across and back to do my TN.

Can someone advise on which border is the easiest to walk across? I realize winter weather won't be on my side :/

thanks in advance!

The Peace Arch border crossing in South Surrey / White Rock area seems like a good one.

Or the one out in Abbotsford - Sumas.

Not great crossing for pedestrians, but those are two that come to mind as possibilities for walking across. I'd probably go with Peace Arch for your purposes.
