Want to move to Cayman or CR or Belize

Hi

Need info . on how to live as Canadian in Cayman/or Costarica or Belize ? , dont want residency, just want to take a break .. we live in Canada and we r not yet to retiring age, are there jobs there . ? are we allowed to work? and if not which is affordable for basic life ? someone suggested DR, does anyone have info> ? thanks SASHA
