Want to move to CR as Canadian..

Hi

We live in Canada , want to take a break for a while , thought we live in CR and may be make our retirement home in future, is it easy to get visa every 3 mnths till we decide what to do .. ? we dont want residency yet.. and if we r not allowed to work.. how much cple need to survive basic a month /? advice/ info ? thanks Sasha
