wanting to move to Germany any advice?

Hello,
after a long stint in the UK I have moved back to Canada and decided that actually, I may prefer Europe or to be more specific Berlin. I was wondering if any expats have any advice on moving/getting set up there.
I am a dual national of Canada and Britain so a visa should not be a problem although my German is not great-1 of the reasons why I want to move is to improve my German.
