watching the cdn leaders' debate in NC

Post Fri Sep 19, 2008 3:35 pm

I'm living in NC and want to find a way to watch the Canadian federal leaders' debate on October 2nd. Does anyone know if CTV will be streaming the debate live online? Has anyone had experience with watching Canadian TV that way? Is it reliable? Alternatively, are there cable packages/satellite programs that would get CTV in the US and if so, where do you think I would find places with that kind of TV?

Thanks!

There's CBC international or whatever it's called, your cable provider might offer it, don't know if they're going to show the debate though.

CBC is indeed providing coverage online. They are streaming through cbcnews.ca

9 to 11pm EDT.

I am happy about this as I don't have a TV and this should be a very interesting debate.

Anyways hope all you expats in addition to the person in NC will tune in.
