What about the debt ?

I am thinking that what about the debt conditions in asian countaries other than india,as i am thinking of using the debt and credit card out there. Would it be useful and also tell me if i could lend some debt out there than what kind of paper work shpuld have to be done.

I think it varies from country to country. The credit card will be good there, because I assume you have a visa or a mastercard. They are legit anywhere.
