I've been living in the US for 4 years employed by a US employer under the TN visa as a Computer Systems Analyst. The company I work for is a consulting company and all of their clients are US based.

I was thinking about moving back to Canada and still work for this company meaning living in Canada and travelling to the US weekly. How can this be done?

1) Open a corporation, have myself as an employee, and get paid 1099 no withholding? Could I just then go to the US as a B-1 all the time? I believe if I worked at home(Canada) and provided services to a US company that is no problem, but how about actually crossing the border? Do I require a NAFTA visa?

2) Can my corporation which holds majority shares get a NAFTA? I think it states no self-employed?

Anyone with answers to this question would greatly be appreciated.
