My question is;

What happens after your TN visa get denied?
Does a Canadian being finger printed, and picture taken by CBP officer and all this information being entered into the Homeland Security database on the spot & the data will be shown up at the entry checkpoint whenever you try to enter US again?

Does anyone has info or experience in this regard? Your input is highly appreciated.

Thanks

The inspecting officer will create a file with the company name, job duties, job title, and will photocopy the documents.

You can try at another port but need to affirmatively disclose the prior refusal.
