what officials to talk to in Vancouver?

does anyone know where to go to ACTUALLY TALK to someone official about filling out visa applications??
in Vancouver, please!!!

or even a phone number where it's not an automated voice would help!

I went through VisaConnection, which is a service that helps you get through all of that. I don't recall how much I paid all together, but it was reasonable, and they were very helpful in doing all the legwork for me.

When I went to them, they were quite
helpful. I took the citizenship oath
in Vancouver.
