what visa do I need?

Hi everyone,
I am looking for information for the type of visa that I need. Here is my case:
I am an owner of Canadian corporation and I am a Canadian citizen. An American company would like to hire me as a software development consultant for a 6 months contract on corp-to-corp basis. This company will pay my fees directly to my Canadian company. I will be based in the USA during the 6 months contract. What kind of visa do I need for this purpose and what is the process to obtain it?

TN visa, if you have a degree.

Thank you for your reply, AGN, but from what I've read for TN visas, it is only if the US company employs me. But in this case they are hiring my Canadian company to send me in the USA as a consultant. technically I will be employed by a Canadian company and will be paying Canadian taxes only.
