Where can you work/save the MOST $$$???

I'm relatively new in the work world, and my first goal is to save as much money as possible as quickly as possible. I'm being blunt, but I'm sure the $$ has a special place in everyone's heart. All of you fellow Canucks live in various parts of the globe ... can I get some feedback as to which place has the best financial compensation?

During your journeys you can decide where in the future (if anywhere) you want to travel to next.

Sure, cruise ships in the summer (if you have the guts, and I mean literally) and whatever tickets they may require you to have. I know the oil patch in Alberta kicks butt on $$$. Work in camp in the winter and make at least $2500 Cdn clear of taxes every two weeks. And u don't spend money on food or housing.
And the experience would be good if you ever wanted to go to Dubai and work in the oil fields there.
