Where in Europe should we move to?

I know this is asked often, but here is my situation and I look upon the wealth of information you all have in order to assist me in my decision. Briefly, I am not well-travelled, single, early 40's with a 16-year-old daughter, so an important consideration is education. I am a trained massage therapist (Canadian program is 2200 hrs compared to world average of 600 hrs). What are the thoughts on job prospects, wages, and good family areas to live? I have a German passport.
