Wife's visa for TN-holder

I'm a Canadian citizen having a TN visa for 2+ yrs. My wife is a Canadian PR (NOT a citizen!). We'd like to go travel together in the US - no intention to settle there (we both live in Montreal). Is she eligible for a regular visitor visa (B1)? Or her only option is to request a TD? I really don't want to go thru the hassle of getting her a TD, since it's only for travel. Can someone tell me what's the easiest way? Thanks in advance.

As long as she (and you) maintain her FULL residence in canada, she should have no trouble entering US on B2 (I assume she does not need a B1 visa?).

But if you or her decide to stay in US on your TN, she should get TD, to avoid any problems.
