Work permit for Spain

Hello,

I am planning to move to Spain, and need an advice on how to acquire a work permit. I'm fluent in Spanish, and I even did my MA there. I understand I'll need a contract from my prospective employer before I move there, but I don't really know anyone who could do that for me, and in Spain you need to have "enchufe" in order to pretty much get any job there days. I was looking at working holiday option, but it seems that that is out of question for now due to all the complications Canadians go through with the Spanish authorities.
Well, I was just wondering if anyone went though a similar situation. Any kind of useful advice would be appreciated.

I spent 3 years here in UK and UK work visa is the hardest visa to get. Its fairly and easy to find job here if you are dedicated and hardworking.You need to work with it to get UK visa.
